What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, Paypal and personal or business checks. Credit cards are processed via Paypal, but you do NOT need a Paypal account.
Can I put my eBrochures on Realtor.com?
Yes! We take care of that for you. Please note that if you do not have a "showcase" account with Realtor.com there is a $25 posting fee. Otherwise, it's free.
Can I use my eBrochures on the MLS?
Yes. Every eBrochure has a "non-branded" version, with a separate URL, that is legal for use on the MLS. And, when you post your eBrochures as virtual tours on the MLS they get promoted on hundreds of additional real estate websites!
I don't have time to write stuff for my website. Can you help?
Yes! We have libraries of content for you to use! You may select individual content blocks (videos, photos, text blocks, etc.) to add to any page, or select entire pre-built pages to add to your website. We add new items to our libraries on a regular basis.
Can you help me point my personal domain name to my new agent website?
Yes. We can either do it for you, or send you the information you will need for your registrar (forwarding URL, nameservers, etc.)
Are domain names included for every listing?
No. You may buy them separately from us or from any domain registrar (we like Godaddy). Domain names are optional (and a great marketing tool) and your eBrochures will work without them.
How do I share my eBrochures on Facebook or Twitter, or email them to someone?
Every eBrochure has a built-in social networking and sharing function. Simply click the icon for the service you want to use for sharing and follow the instructions.
How long does it take to publish an eBrochure website for a listing?
It depends on the level of detail you wish to include. Generally, it takes about an hour for first-time users to upload and arrange photos, add a description, select some features, preview and publish.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account and go to your "Account" page. Or, contact us and we will take care of it for you. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the term you paid for. At that time your eBrochure websites and Personal Showcase website will be archived should you decide to re-activate your account.
